2035

2035 was a project that I worked on for about 2 weeks. We had rehearsals running up till that point but once filming actually started, it lasted roughly 2 weeks. Initially John's objective is clear throughout 2035, make sure 'Maggie' is safe by getting her to Ireland. John's plans change however the moment that the character Claire gets involved and his mischievious sister ties them together for a close encounter. John is then presented with making sure two individuals are safe.

When acting as a character, especially someone like John, as the actor it is your responsibility to fill in the blanks.

Some of the challenges I faced with this character was:

• Why does he care so much about Claire?

• Does he agree with the Politics of the world?

These 2 questions stood out to me as there wasn't really a presented explanation apart from John's actions throughout that helped motivate my answers to these questions.

Overall, 2035 was an extremely enjoyable experience. I had professional Piers Deseilligny working the camera which looks incredible. He also provided many amazing stills for me to use which you can see below this post. And this was my first experience dealing with visual effects and the end result is stunning.

I hope to work on more movies like this, given the opportunity.
