Stillness & Silence

Stillness and Silence was a performance in which I would consider to be more about the connection between the body and the mind. The performance was very abstract.

Director Neve Smith, gave us a lot of wiggle room within this performance. Simply all that was asked of us was to use the 'stop walk or run' method whilst reciting lines from any and all plays we've performed in.

There was a moment of stillness involved in the performance but because I had already trained myself to remain very still for long periods of time, it simply felt like I was revisiting training. It's good to exercise that mental muscle however, as it was somewhat a weird feeling coming back to that.
